--- OPTIONAL EXTRAS - A STORYBOOK ALBUM! ---

Once you have collected your photo package on DVD you may furnish me with the photo serial numbers of your choice. These photos will be
used for compiling an A4 size storybook album which is an optional extra at R1200. A second type of design which is 30x30cm in
dimension is also available at R1600. You get a discount if you order more than one storybook album. Examples can be viewed at my
home. You may preview the design (recommended) and make any changes if you wish, before the final product is ordered. It then takes 10
working days to be delivered and must be collected at my home.

--- THIS IS HOW I COMPILE YOUR PHOTO PACKAGE ---

ASPECTS COVERED ON YOUR WEDDING DAY
I use two digital cameras, a Canon
5D Mark II and a Canon 20D. One is fitted with a wide-angle lens and one with a 300mm zoom lens, while I have Canon 580 EX flashes fitted on
both. All lenses and flashed are interchangeable. I also have two other cameras available as back-ups. I usually start about half an hour before
the bride starts with her make-up, in the form of close-ups of the rings. Once this is finished, I take photos of those at the make-up session
and then of the bride getting ready. It is adviseable to do this a little earlier, to allow some time for photos in the room or outside if you wish,
before the wedding ceremony. The couple may even wish to take some photos before the wedding ceremony and the arrival of the guests. I then take photos
of all the different aspects of the wedding day, such as the ceremony, the family, the marriage couple, photos of your choice and photos of the reception
which include those of the guests, throwing of the garter, cutting of the cake and opening of the dance floor. I stay until 21:00 in order to capture
these memories.
YOUR DVDs - UNEDITED PHOTOS:
Once I have taken your wedding photos, I download them onto my laptop and save them on DVDs "as is", in other words straight from
the camera, containing all the photos in unedited format with the boo-boos and great shots in high resolution. Yes, you get these
DVD's as well in full resolution!
YOUR DVDs - EDITED COLOUR PHOTOS:
I then go through the photos and delete all the boo-boos and am usually left with about 90% of the photos that I took on your wedding day.
I usually take between 800 and 2000 photos, depending on how much time I spend with the wedding couple, number of guests, the weather, etc.
I then edit the photos that require editing. The digital editing of these photos include the removal of red eyes and unwanted objects, adjusting
the light, adding saturation, etc. These are your colour photos and are more than enough with which to compile a great wedding album. These photos
are saved in JPG format and are ready to be printed from the DVDs in full resolution.
YOUR DVDs - FURTHER EDITING ON YOUR PHOTOS:
I then take 200 edited photos of my choice and add my favourite border to them as well. These photos are then transformed to black and white as well
as sepia. I also add a vignetting border to these 200 photos. The different types of editing are saved in different folders. I desing transformed photos
as shown in the examples in the packages. My services includes photo printing, but more photos can be printed by yourself at a later stage from the DVD's as
well. This gives you the freedom to have more photos printed at a later stage at any photo printing lab, such as
@photo or
qPhoto straight from your photo DVDs.
